All visitors must enter through the Gatehouse located at 18055 Calle Ambiente. For directions, click here.
 
To enter, every guest must:
1) Be registered in the entry system.
2) Provide their name and destination.
3) And, show a valid Driver’s License with photo. (A scanned copy is also acceptable.)
 
Visitors should not enter any private property without authorization and should be aware of parking/speed restrictions.

Real Estate Agents & Buyers

 
GATE ENTRY
  • All real estate agents with an interest in Cielo are encouraged to pre-register in our gate entry system. (See our Real Estate Sale and Open House Process document for details.)
  • When arriving, please present a valid Driver’s License with photo to the guard along with your destination.
 
LISTING AGENTS
  • A listing agent may receive an extended 6-Month Pass.
  • Authorized agents from the same office may receive a Day Pass at the gate.
  • A Real Estate Access Authorization form must be submitted to the HOA Office with all agents in the office listed.
  • Broker Caravans are permitted from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. (See rules for details.)
  • Open Houses are permitted on Saturdays and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. (See rules for details.)
  • Use of Drones must be registered with the HOA Office and neighbors notified in advance. Drones may not fly on Red Flag Warning days. (See rules for details.)
  • To have a home listed on this site, the property owner needs to submit an online request at Real Estate for Sale or they may complete and submit a Real Estate Listing Request Form.
 
BUYER'S AGENTS
  • A buyer's agent may receive a Day Pass at the gate by showing a business card with DRE Number and a valid Driver's license.
  • Appointments are required for entry unless the agent is pre-registered in our gate entry system or there is an Open House or Broker Caravan event.
  • Please do not enter any private property without authorization and be aware of parking/speed restrictions. Thank you!
 
PROSPECTIVE BUYERS ARE WELCOME!
  • During Open House events, unaccompanied buyers are invited to go to the gatehouse directly. The guard will contact the listing agent for you, so you can view the home.
  • To view a property at other times, please contact your agent or the listing agent for the property.

Parcel Delivery Services

 
GATE ENTRY
Parcel delivery services, such as UPS, FedEx and Amazon are frequent visitors to our community and often visit multiple residents at once. Therefore, it is not necessary for parcel delivery service drivers to be individually entered into our gate entry system.
 
However, drivers will be asked to show a valid Driver’s License (with photo) for safety purposes.
 
Important notes:
  • Please do not leave any packages at the back gate on Via Ambiente. All deliveries must go through the main gate at 18055 Calle Ambiente off Del Dios Highway.
  • Gatehouse cannot accept any deliveries on behalf of residents, e.g. flowers, packages, etc.
 
 

Vendors (Food Delivery & Ride Services)

Landscaping Maintenance

RED FLAG WARNING DAYS
  • If a Red Flag Warning is issued by the National Weather Service, HOA management will monitor conditions.
  • If management determines a Red Flag Warning applies to Cielo, entry to the community will be suspended for the following: landscapers, tree trimming services, brush clearing services, chipper services, construction workers doing exterior work, as well as the HOA's landscaping service.
  • Please check with your resident or the HOA Office at (858) 759-0970 for the latest updates.

Contractors & Construction

 
GATE ENTRY
  • Before arriving, please verify that you have been pre-registered in our gate entry system.
  • All drivers must please present a valid Driver’s License with photo to the guard along with the destination.
  • Construction vehicles must display a current construction pass on the dashboard.
  • Each Lot under construction must have a Contractor Entry Authorization Form on file for each worker, updated every 30 days.
 
HOURS OF OPERATION
  • Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • The final exit time for employees is 6:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, holidays and after hours - work is permitted for emergencies only.
 
RED FLAG WARNING DAYS
  • If a Red Flag Warning is issued by the National Weather Service, HOA management will monitor conditions.
  • If management determines a Red Flag Warning applies to Cielo, entry to the community will be suspended for the following: landscapers, tree trimming services, brush clearing services, chipper services, construction workers doing exterior work, as well as the HOA's landscaping service.
Residential construction is permitted for interior work only, subject to the following requirements:
  1. At least one working fire extinguisher must be kept on site.
  2. There must be a working water source connected to a hose that reaches all of the construction area.
  3. Vehicles are not parked on vacant Lots.
  4. A fully charged cell phone is kept nearby to dial 9-1-1 in the event of a fire.
  5. No excavation work or use of power tools outdoors or any other activity that could spark a fire takes place.
